A Brief Introduction to Daniel Dover

I've been gaming, really, all my life. My first 'roleplaying' game was at a
camping trip with boyscouts. From that brief and puny experince, I developed
my own game. It was the 6th grade, it sucked, but hey! However, my father had
been a roleplayer, and he showed me Traveler (an original, sci-fi game from the 70's)
I snapped it up like a starving man. I've been gaming (game-mastering really) ever since.
I never really had a group, however, until I got to Newton. Finding a huge group of
gamers with the Help of James Byler, I truly embarked on my career as game-master

My primary games are White Wolf (Changeling, actually) and GURPS (which, in my opinion,
is the greatest set of rules I've ever seen in my life). I've got Everway (not many people
have heard of that, it's the only RPG WoTC put out, not as TSR. I liked it alot), Two TSR
games for the SAGA system (That would be marvel 3rd, and Dragonlance), and I do, somewhere,
have (I'm ashamed to say) a RIFTS book.

My gaming style is hardly unique, but it is rare to find these days. As a game master, I
concentrate on the NPC's, trying to make them as real as possible, and I attempt to make the
game as interesting and emotionally involving as I can. I don't always succeed, but I try
My characters, when I play, are usually a fighter, Mage, or mix. Elven is common, but human
generally. I do have a predisposition to wolves, were or not.
